Querida Comunidad de Tzedek<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por medio de este mensaje, les queremos comunicar la agridulce noticia que Heather Laine Talley dejar\u00e1 Tzedek a finales de este a\u00f1o. En las palabras de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n socia beneficiaria Carolina Jews for Justice – West, Heather no se va, sino que se est\u00e1 \u201cgraduando\u201d a otro nivel en su relaci\u00f3n con Tzedek, un nivel en el cual nos proveer\u00e1 con una asociaci\u00f3n de ideas y apoyar\u00e1 nuestro departamento de comunicaci\u00f3n en calidad de consultora en lugar ser miembro del personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heather a sido una pieza fundamental en la creaci\u00f3n de la misi\u00f3n, visi\u00f3n y estrategia actual de Tzedek. Comenz\u00f3 su trabajo con nuestro fondo como directora de nuestro antiguo programa insignia, la Beca de Tzedek. En el puesto que ha ocupado, elabor\u00f3 planes de estudio, cultiv\u00f3 relaciones profundas con las organizaciones asociadas y puso en pr\u00e1ctica los valores de relaci\u00f3n, transparencia y rigor del movimiento dentro del programa. En su funci\u00f3n como Co-directora de Tzedek, Heather se encarg\u00f3 de que actu\u00e1ramos como corresponde para desmantelar la supremac\u00eda blanca en nuestra organizaci\u00f3n y en nuestras pr\u00e1cticas de subvenciones.  Resulta dif\u00edcil resumir lo transformador que ha sido el liderazgo de Heather, esto se debe a que su marca \u00fanica de compasi\u00f3n feroz y hospitalidad radical est\u00e1 entretejida en cada parte de lo que somos como organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ay\u00fadanos a celebrar los cinco a\u00f1os de excelente liderazgo que Heather le ha brindado a Tzedek envi\u00e1ndole una nota de agradecimiento, un bonito meme o un mensaje sincero a heather@tzedeksocialjusticefund.<\/a>org<\/a> desde ahora hasta el 31 de diciembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nos entristece perder a Heather en un puesto del personal, pero \u00a1nos entusiasma ver c\u00f3mo seguir\u00e1 influyendo en el mundo en esta nueva fase de su trabajo! \u00a1Sabemos que pertenece al equipo de Tzedek de por vida!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
